cPanel IPv4 Address Change Notice

Dear Valued Customer,

To improve system performance and stability, we will be changing the IPv4 address for your cPanel account.

Change Details

  • Current cPanel IPv4: 103.68.70.15

  • New cPanel IPv4: 103.68.70.17

  • Scheduled Time: 01:00 on September 26, 2026 (Vietnam Time, UTC+7)

Expected Impact

During the migration, some services may experience brief interruptions or require time for DNS propagation (typically 15–60 minutes, depending on TTL). We kindly ask you to:

  • Review your DNS records pointing to the old IP and update them to the new IP if necessary.

  • Check any scripts, applications, or firewall rules that hard-code the IP 103.68.70.15 and replace them with 103.68.70.17.

  • If you use IP-based SSL certificates, please verify your configuration after the migration is complete.
